5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
