With your explicit permission, the app collects precise geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) to verify attendance, coordinate site visits, and provide location-based CRM services.

Professional & Financial Data

For HR and payroll purposes, we handle sensitive information such as PAN numbers, bank account details (IFSC, MICR, account numbers), salary structures (CTC), and employment history.

Lead & Business Data

We process data related to real estate leads, including client names, contact details, property requirements (budget, configuration), and interaction history.

To manage internal HR processes like attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.

CRM Services

To enable brokers and partners to track leads, manage follow-ups, and coordinate property site visits.

Support & Communication

To provide technical support through the in-app ticketing system and send relevant business notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Centralized ERP

Your data is securely synced with our centralized enterprise backend (https://erp.HomeSolindia.com/) for organizational consistency.

Service Providers

We utilize third-party services like Firebase (for analytics and messaging) and Google Maps/Geolocator (for location services) which may process data according to their own privacy standards.

No Third-Party Sale

HomeSol does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to external third-party marketing agencies.

4. Data Security

Authentication

Secure access is maintained via cookie-based session management and encrypted login protocols.

Local Storage

Sensitive session data is stored locally using SharedPreferences and can be cleared by the user at any time through the 'Clear Local Cache' feature.

Permissions

The app requests granular permissions for Location, Camera (for profile/lead images), and Notifications, which users can revoke via system settings.

5. User Controls & Rights

Profile Management

Users can view and update their professional profile and contact information directly within the app.

Data Deletion

Users have the right to logout and clear local caches. For permanent account or data deletion requests, users can contact the administration via the 'Raise Ticket' or 'Help & Support' sections.
